UPDATE AS OF MARCH 25, 2020
We are happy to announce that our firm is now going to offer clients the signing of their estate planning documents with safety and convenience by staying in their vehicles during the signing. Clients can stay in their vehicles and our staff will come out to the parking lot to see you and conduct a signing. With the use of gloves, masks, distance and reducing the number of surfaces that are touched by everyone, we can handle documents securely and drastically reduce the potential risk of spreading COVID-19. This service will be at the Spring Hill office and offered only on a case-by-case basis, free of charge to the client.
While this is great news and we can continue to function, we do ask that current clients refrain from coming into our Spring Hill office just to drop off or pick up documents, this is for your safety and ours. In the next week, we anticipate locking the exterior doors and completely restricting access to our physical office. Rest assured, we are here working but we need to maintain safety precautions for all. As always, call us if you need us!

MARCH 17, 2020
Due to the current state of emergency, we have decided that the physical office location in Key West is no longer taking in-person appointments. All existing appointments will be taken as teleconferences.
Our Spring Hill office location is handling limited in-person document signings, for the time being, most are being postponed.
We ask that if you are a current client of our Spring Hill office that you do not visit us unless you have made a prior appointment. Give us a call instead. This will help to ensure your health as well as the health and safety of our staff.
We will continue to serve our clients via telephone and through digital methods and will be available during regular business hours.
Please contact our office directly if you have any questions. We appreciate your patience as we ease into this transition.

UPDATE AS OF JUNE 23, 2020
In order to continue serving our clients and our staff with the utmost safety, we have implemented a policy of clients being required to wear masks and submitting to a temperature check (forehead, non-touch) before being admitted to the building. Our staff will also be required to wear masks and submit to a temperature screening upon reporting to work each day.
UPDATE AS OF APRIL 15, 2020
As of the last two weeks our office lobby has been closed to clients. We have attached an envelope to the front door of the Spring Hill office to accept client documents. So if you drop anything off there, please call us and let us know that you have done so.
We are continuing to serve our client's needs but are operating on much less staffing, so we ask that you be patient with us during this time.
